For apps purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are handled exclusively by those platforms according to their policies.

We do not process direct refunds for in-app purchases made through Apple or Google.

When contacting support, please include:

• Device type
• Operating system version
• Description of the issue
• Screenshots (if applicable)

If an application offers account creation, users may request account deletion by emailing contact@infinitylabs.app.
